Hi, I’m Jeff

I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of The AiMS Institute and AiMS-HQ. Before that, I spent 13 years in manufacturing – including being one of two people running a $200M company with 600 people. Since then, I’ve facilitated more than 200 strategic planning workshops with over 30 companies.

For 12 years, I’ve been chasing one question: how can we help business owners build companies that become more capable as they grow, without everything continuing to depend on them?

Funny thing – I spent my career helping owners become less essential to their businesses, while building one where I stayed pretty damn essential myself. So for the last 18 months, we’ve been building AI coaches, agents and bots grounded in Appreciative Inquiry, SOAR and AiMS practices. Appreciative Inquiry is simple at heart: start from what’s already working, and build on it. Every one of my clients now uses these tools between sessions.

I call it both kinds of AI working together – artificial intelligence and appreciative inquiry. In this workshop, I’ll show you exactly what that looks like.
