  • Phase 1 – Full-Day Kickoff: Experience the AiMS proven process for driving positive change.  We’ll design how to Create the Highest Levels of Mutual Commitment to One Another  to Get the Absolute Most from this Program
  • Phase 2 – Set the Goal – Learn how to bring your team or group together to identify and build on strengths, set the goal, and define how you’ll make it happen
  • Phase 3 – Achieve the Goal – Implement the structure and cadence to make and meet commitments, continually study and build on what’s working, and to turn breakdowns into breakthroughs
  • Program consists of a full-day kickoff and weekly sessions conducted via Zoom for 90 minutes
