Jeff is the Co-Founder and CEO of the AiMS Institute. Jeff is a certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner, CPA, Author, Speaker, and sought-after Executive Coach. Jeff is also a limited-duty professor at Western University, teaching leadership and consulting at the graduate level. Jeff is considered the go-to resource for executives and leaders who are looking to leverage the power of Appreciative Inquiry in day-to-day settings.
In addition to leading and scaling 3 different companies, Jeff has over 27 years of senior leadership experience being called upon by companies like Charles Schwab, Nova Chemicals, General Motors, Magna International, Western University, Fathom, Precision Communications, Peavey Mart, Plex, Bishop Wisecarver, and BeyondTrust.
As the COO of the AiMS Institute, Jason is a seasoned mentor and leadership coach using Appreciative Inquiry and has over 25 years of experience across multiple industries. Jason has led high-performing supply chain, technology, manufacturing and consulting teams. Jason is at his best when he’s working with leaders and teams to help them elevate their culture, engage their people and drive results. Jason is a certified XChange facilitator, published author, and has provided high-impact leadership training to over 1000 current and future leaders.
Jason has been called upon by companies like Canada Life, Cosma International, All Metro Tech, Stella Jones, Bishop Wisecarver, Lutes Property Services, Accenture and various governmental agencies.
Scot is a Co-creator of the AiMS approach, and a Strategic Partner at the AiMS Institute. In addition, Scot also serves as the Managing Partner and Co-founder of PromiseONE Investments, LLC.
From 2007-2018 Scot served as the CEO of Fathom – a national digital marketing firm that grew revenue over 450%, expanded from 25 to 100+ people and won multiple awards for growth and workplace culture. Scot teaches entrepreneurship at The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where he received his MBA. Scot is also a mentor and board member at Promise Partners, a non-profit incubator that has helped over 50 people become first time business owners.
Jacqueline M. Stavros’ (Jackie) is a Co-creator of the AiMS approach and is a strategic partner and advisor at the AiMS Institute. Jackie has over 30 years of leadership, strategy, organization development, and change management experience with the heart of her work is using Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Jackie works with organizations in leadership development, team building, and strategic planning. She helps them identify and articulate their values, vision, mission, strategy, and initiatives to build collaborative teams and communities. She has worked across all sectors, including for-profit, nonprofit, government, and a wide spectrum of industries.
Jackie is a professor at Lawrence Technological University, and she has co-authored many books and articles, including the second edition of Conversations Worth Having: Using Appreciative Inquiry to Fuel Productive and Meaningful Engagement(www.cwh.today) and Learning to SOAR: Creating Strategy That Inspires Innovation and Engagement (www.soar-strategy.com). She has worked in 25 countries using Appreciative Inquiry (AI) to affect the lives of thousands or people and hundreds of organizations improve capacity to thrive and increase performance. She is a keynote speaker on AI, SOAR, and positive approaches to leadership development and change, and earned here Doctorate in Management from Case Western Reserve University.
Kevin is a partner and serves in an advisory role with the AiMS Institute. Kevin is also the chairman and co-founder of PromiseONE Investments, LLC. He has also served as CEO of NCS Healthcare, a company he acquired and grew from a small single location into one of the largest national institutional pharmacies in the US after taking the company public. At NCS, Kevin acquired in excess of 50 companies and developed deep expertise that informs both the AiMS Institute philosophy and PromiseONE’s investment approach today. Kevin also gained experience at McKinsey & Company and Owens Corning Fiberglass. Kevin is a graduate of Harvard College (BA) and Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA).
